Delivery 

All small items and accessories are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked service, while bikes are sent through Parcelforce. We strive to deliver within 48 hours where possible, but in some instances, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Click & Collect

Buy Online – Collect In Store When you make an online purchase, you have the option to collect your order in-store. Larger items, such as bikes, may require assembly, and it could take up to 48 hours to prepare for collection. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns

If a customer wishes to return an item, they are responsible for the item's condition, payment, and delivery back to our store. If the item is in its original, untampered packaging, a full refund will be processed to the customer's original payment method.

If you are dissatisfied with your item, please inform us. Our Returns Policy allows for a 30-day return or exchange period with a valid receipt. After 30 days from the purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a resaleable condition, unused, and in the same state as received. Items should be in the original packaging, accompanied by any accessories and original labels.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have an early right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, entitling you to a full refund within 30 days from the date of ownership.

After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund initially, but you retain the right to a repair or replacement. Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items unless they are faulty.
